At Dizze, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our patches are a sealed, single-use product for personal health, we do not accept physical returns; however, we do offer a refund to first-time customers who are not satisfied with their product.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for first-time customers only who are unsatisfied with their purchase.

  • To request a refund, contact us at greetings(at)dizze(dot)com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, purchase date, and a brief description of your experience.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • You will not be required to ship the product back.

  • Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
